Q³ / THE THREE PILLARS

Know what
you’re coming for.

Three distinct ingredients. A thoughtful combination in development. Here’s the ingredient story—and what we still need to confirm.

01 / DAILY FOUNDATION

Creatine.

Creatine helps the body replenish energy for short, intense bursts of activity. Research supports its use for repeated high-intensity exercise; results depend on intake, consistency and the activity involved.

Creatine plays a different role from caffeine. The exercise research reflects consistent use at researched intakes, with results depending on training and individual circumstances.

For Q³: creatine is a core part of the development concept. The final form, serving amount and guidance will be confirmed before launch.

02 / THE FAMILIAR PLEASURE

Real coffee.

Aroma. Depth. A reason to pause. We’re starting with real coffee because the ritual should be something you look forward to.

Coffee contributes caffeine, which can affect alertness. People differ in their sensitivity, and total daily caffeine intake matters.

For Q³: the coffee source, roast, caffeine content and preparation temperature are not final. Individual caffeine sensitivity and total daily intake matter.

03 / EVERYDAY NOURISHMENT

Complete protein.

Protein supplies amino acids the body uses to build and repair tissues, including muscle. A complete protein source provides all nine essential amino acids.

We want protein to be a meaningful part of Q³. The source, serving amount, amino-acid profile and allergens will be confirmed with the finished formula.

For Q³: complete protein is the formulation goal. The initial product is not being presented as vegan, dairy-free or a meal replacement.
