What you share
If you join the list, we collect your email, optional first name, flavour preference, signup page and the time and version of your email consent. You choose whether to subscribe; the consent box is not preselected.
How we use it
We use launch-list information to provide FEQR and Q³ launch news and product updates you requested. Your signup is stored with FEQR’s Shopify customer records. Shopify processes it for FEQR; an email service may process it when launch communications are sent. Your data may be processed outside your country.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option.
Retention and protection
We retain your launch-list details while needed for the requested updates or until you ask us to remove them, unless retention is legally required. Access to subscriber records is restricted. Shopify provides abuse prevention for its forms.
Website storage
Shopify provides hosting, security, customer privacy controls and storefront services. Cookie and analytics behavior also depends on the store’s apps and privacy settings. We do not sell launch-list information.
Your morning quiz
Quiz answers are processed in your browser and are not sent to FEQR as you take the quiz. Results do not require an email. If you join the list from your result, a separate, unchecked research-sharing box lets you share selected quiz answers shown in the preview, including optional age range and relationship chapter, household context, routine, self-described energy and sleep patterns, diet and product preferences. Skipped answers are excluded. We use these for product development and audience research, not to diagnose conditions or prescribe supplements. They are stored as Shopify customer tags linked to your signup only if you opt in; otherwise they remain in page memory and disappear on reload. Optional research consent is recorded separately from email consent. Removal of your signup also removes your shared answers. You can ask us to delete the research answers while keeping launch emails. Research answers are not sold or shared with advertising platforms. Your selected launch-list flavour preference is saved with your signup whether or not you share the quiz.
Product development
Joining the list does not place an order, reserve stock, guarantee availability or create a paid subscription. We’ll update this notice if the website’s data practices change.
